Most assembly work involves managing several suppliers: one for castings, another for machining, a third for finishing, then assembly somewhere else again. Every handover adds lead time, cost, and a point at which responsibility for quality becomes unclear.
BCP operates the whole route in-house. Components can be produced by precision sand casting, gravity die casting, or low-pressure casting, machined on our CNC capacity, inspected against your drawings, and then assembled into a finished unit — without leaving the building. Patterns and tooling are made in-house too, so a project can move from concept to assembled product with a single point of contact throughout.
